The Challenge
AB Wholesale needed a Walmart Marketplace account built and scaled from the ground up across multiple product lines, with a limited weekly time budget for active management.
What I Did
Built a structured month-one growth plan (approx. 4 hours/week of active management)
Diagnosed and paused underperforming campaigns (e.g. Skala Shampoo & Conditioner Auto, running at 0.88 ROAS)
Switched bidding strategy on key campaigns (Kativa Auto) from Dynamic to Fixed to control spend
Submitted and resolved listing appeals for unpublished products
Created and mapped over 15 new listings across multiple brand lines, resolving pricing and content error codes
Fixed catalog mapping issues in GoFlow to keep inventory and listings in sync
Republished suppressed listings through direct Seller Support escalations
Results

Unpublished listings appealed and reinstated
Full catalog mapped and error-free across all active brand lines
